Payment methods
Spiiksi runs on a prepaid balance. Top it up by card, SEPA Direct Debit, bank transfer, invoice or PayPal; the Pro plan is paid from the same balance.
Card
Visa, Mastercard and American Express, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay. A saved card also powers automatic top-ups, event card holds, and Pro renewals when the balance runs short.

SEPA Direct Debit
Give a mandate for a euro bank account and we debit top-ups and subscriptions straight from it. Save the mandate under Billing → Payment methods.

Bank transfer
Pay a euro top-up or invoice by transfer to the IBAN issued to your organization. Payments are matched automatically, so there is no reference to type in.

Invoice
Companies can order an invoice under Billing → Payment methods. It is emailed to your billing contact, due in 14 days, and can be paid by bank transfer, card or SEPA Direct Debit. VAT is shown on its own line, with the reverse charge for EU business customers.

PayPal
Top-ups can also be paid with a PayPal account.

Billed in a currency other than euros?
Organizations billed in Swiss francs, for example, pay by card, PayPal, or an invoice paid by card. SEPA Direct Debit and bank transfers are available for euro billing.
Secure by design
Payments are processed by Stripe (PayPal payments by PayPal). We never store card numbers or bank details on our servers.
