Spiiksi for developers
Put live two-way interpretation into your helpdesk, CRM, contact center or website. Translated voice and video calls, phone lines, chats and text, through one API.
Spiiksi lets two people who don't share a language talk to each other: each speaks or writes in their own language, and Spiiksi interprets both ways as they go. These pages show how to bring that into your own software.
What you can build#
- Translated calls. A voice or video call in which your agent and your customer each speak their own language and hear the other in theirs. Start one with a single request; open it in a browser, inside your own page, or on a phone line. See Calls.
- Phone lines. Customers call your number and pick their language; agents answer in theirs. Twilio numbers, SIP trunks and PBXs. See Phone lines.
- Translated chats. A chat in which each side writes in their own language, with voice messages. See Support chats.
- Text translation. Tickets, emails and saved replies, one request at a time or a hundred at once. See Text translation.
- Ready-made connectors for Microsoft Teams, Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce and Genesys Cloud. See Connectors.

Start here#
- Sign in to Spiiksi and open API & integrations.
- Create a test key: it is free, and nothing it does is billed.
- Follow the Quickstart: translate a text, start a call and open both sides in your browser, in about five minutes.
Everything is in the API reference, generated from the API itself.
