Connectors
Connectors
Spiiksi in Microsoft Teams, Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce, Genesys Cloud, Twilio and your PBX.
Connectors bring Spiiksi's calls and translation into the tools your team already works in. Most need no code: create a key, install, paste.
| System | What it does | Setup |
|---|---|---|
| Microsoft Teams | @Spiiksi call es in a channel starts a call and posts the links; @Spiiksi translate de: … translates | In Spiiksi's dashboard: an outgoing webhook, no app registration |
| Zendesk | Ticket sidebar: start a call and put the customer's link in the reply; translate the customer's comment and your reply | Private app upload |
| Freshdesk | The same, in Freshdesk's ticket sidebar | Custom app |
| Salesforce | A Lightning component on Case pages: start a call, copy or email the customer's link | Deploy with the Salesforce CLI |
| Genesys Cloud | A data action that starts a call, for scripts and Architect flows | Import into a Web Services Data Actions integration |
| Twilio and SIP | Phone numbers, SIP trunks and SIP domains | In Spiiksi's dashboard |
| Asterisk PBX | Calls straight from your PBX with AudioSocket | A dialplan line |
Every connector acts for your organization and is billed to it. Give each its own API key with only the scopes it needs, so you can see its use and revoke it on its own.
Something else? Everything the connectors do is in the public API: Calls, Text translation and Webhooks.
