  1. 1The Setup guide walks you to your first event.
  2. 2Or try everything first on a free demo event.

Creating an account

Go to Create a free account. Sign up with an email and password, or with Continue with Google.

  • Password: at least 8 characters, with at least one uppercase letter and one number.
  • You must be at least 18.
  • Have a discount or referral code? Enter it in Discount or referral code (optional) on the sign-up form (see below).
  • Verify your email from the link we send. If it didn't arrive, check spam, or use Send verification email in the banner in the dashboard.
  • Forgot your password? Use Forgot your password? on the sign-in page.

Listeners never need an account. Only organizers do.

The welcome steps

After sign-up a short guide asks:

Example data

The first of the three welcome steps.

  1. 1An organization: share events and billing with others.
  2. 2Just me: a personal account, invoiced to your own name.
  1. Who are you organizing for?
    • An organization: a church, company, association or team. You can invite others and share events and billing.
    • Just me: a personal account. Invoices go to your own name.

You can create an organization later too (see Organizations and team).

  2. Where should invoices go? Billing country, address, and VAT ID if you have one. The country and VAT ID decide the VAT. These details are required before your first paid event can start.
  3. Add a payment method. A card, added on Stripe's secure page. It is charged only for what your events actually use. Or try it free first: skip the card and run a real event on the free demo minutes.

You can skip the guide and finish it later. The Setup guide in the dashboard then walks you through: billing details → payment method or top-up → first event → share and start speaking.

The free demo event

Every account gets one free demo event:

Example data

A demo event shows its free minutes and listeners.

  1. 1Free minutes left, and listeners right now (up to 3).
  2. 2Make it a regular event when you need more.
  • 20 free AI minutes
  • up to 3 listeners at once
  • no card needed

Create it from the dashboard (Try a free demo event) or tick Make it a free demo event when creating an event. The event page shows how many free minutes are left. When the minutes run out, or you need more listeners, press Make it a regular event. The listener limit then rises to your plan's (100 on Basic) and usage is paid from your balance or card.

If more than 3 people try to listen to a demo event, the next one sees "This free demo event is full" and is let in when someone leaves.

Your first event in three steps

  1. Create an event: give it a name, the spoken language, and the languages listeners can choose.
  2. Share the link or QR code with your audience.
  3. Press Open microphone, then Go live, and start speaking.

Details in Events.

Discount and referral codes

  • Discount code: gives your organization a reduced per-minute rate. The cost estimate then shows "Your price" with the public list price struck through.
  • Referral code: when you join through someone's invite, you both get credit once you add a payment method and use it. The amount is shown when the code is recognised.
  • Inviting others: your own referral code and invite link are in the dashboard under Invite a user. You both get the credit automatically.

Terms and privacy updates

When the terms of service change, you are asked to accept them before you continue. The current terms are on the Terms page; the privacy policy on the Privacy page.
