The three plans. Interpretation is billed per minute on every plan.
- 1Pro adds private rooms, branding, language requests and the multi-language discount.
The plan decides how many listeners an event takes and which extras are included. On every plan, AI interpretation is billed per minute per interpreted language, only while it runs. Listening is free.

Pro
- Getting Pro: Billing → Plans → Turn on Pro (owner or admin only). Pro is taken from your balance. If the balance is short you're asked to save a card; whatever the balance lacks is charged to the card, now and at each renewal. Pro turns on as soon as it's paid.
- Period: 30 days. It renews automatically until you stop it.
- Stopping: Stop renewing. Pro stays on until the end of the 30 days already paid, then you're on Basic. Keep renewing undoes it.
- If a renewal can't be paid (no balance, no working card), the organization drops to Basic. For 7 days a top-up brings Pro straight back; after that it stops trying.
- Paid Pro periods are not refunded, except for our errors or where law requires.
The multi-language discount
On Pro, every AI language after the first is 20% off. The discount is spread evenly over all languages running at once, so no language is "the full-price one":

- 2 languages: 10% off the total
- 3 languages: about 13.3% off
- 4 languages: 15% off
Only AI languages count. Original audio, captions and human interpreters are neither discounted nor counted. Only languages actually translating count. The event's cost estimate shows how much Pro would save, and whether one event alone covers the Pro price.
Enterprise
For more than 500 listeners per event. Price, invoicing and terms are agreed with sales; Enterprise is invoiced outside the balance. Contact us through the contact form or Contact sales.

What happens when an event is full
Everyone already listening carries on. The next person to open the listening page is told the event is full and gets in when someone leaves.
