Who can listen
Each room has its own setting in Room settings → Who can listen. Other rooms in the event aren't affected.
Room settings → Who can listen.
- 1Password (Pro): everyone uses the same one.
- 2Hidden: only people with the room's own link find it.
- Anyone: anyone with the link can listen. No password.
- Hidden: not shown in the event's room list. Only people with this room's own link or QR code can find it. Can be combined with the others.
- Password (Pro): listeners type a password (at least 4 characters) before listening. Everyone uses the same password. Leave the field empty when editing to keep the current one.
- Invited people (Pro): only the email addresses you list can listen, after signing in with that address. Add the room first, then open its settings to invite people. While nobody is invited, nobody can hear the room.
If Pro ends, rooms that already have a password or guest list keep their protection. Only making new ones needs Pro.
Your look on the listener page (Pro)
On the event page, Your look on the listener page lets you set:
Your look on the listener page, and the result.
- 1Logo and its position.
- 2Accent colour.
- 3The preview of what listeners see.
- Logo (SVG, PNG or JPG, under 5 MB; transparent background looks best; empty margins are trimmed) and its position (left, centre, right).
- Accent colour: buttons use the exact colour; text and icons are darkened if needed to stay readable. Paste a code (#1e3a8a, rgb(), hsl()) or pick from the screen.
- Page background and Text colour.
- Headline, Headline font (any Google Font) and Text under the headline, separately for English and Finnish listeners.
A preview shows what listeners will see. Each event can have its own look. "Live interpretation by Spiiksi" stays on the page.
Branding is part of the Pro plan. Turning it on from this panel starts Pro if you don't have it (owner or admin only). When Pro stops renewing, listeners see the plain Spiiksi page after the paid period ends.
